Yea you have to get a video capture device such as a Dazzle Video Creator where you can plug the A/V output of your Sky+ to the Dazzle capture device. The Dazzle device will create a video stream from your Sky+ to your computer and you can choose when to record. I use a Dazzle Digital Video Creator 150 to record tv shows from my Cable DVR box to my computer.
