Make Sure You Have A Good Flange
Standard flanges of large diameter is not necessarily mate. Andrew Sloley offers a look at Plant Insites column this month.

Volume of a Cylindrical Capacitor?
How can I find the volume of a cylindrical capacitor when capacitance C=1 for a vacuum and for hydrocyanic acid. The dielectric constant I found for the acid was 158.0.
Plate area * the distance between the plates.
