Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive is a PC game offering highly challenging yet fun and easy-to-learn gameplay. You are in control of a gang of six desperados (John Cooper and his five allies), who you lead through 25 challenging levels. In each level you'll face a large number of obstacles and enemies. Your task is to make your way through each level without getting caught or killed. The basic game concept is based on the simple and unique idea of mixing infiltration, action, and tactics. Desperados takes inspiration from the most famous infiltration games and adds more relevant team management and tactical aspects, largely thanks to a 2-D view. The story is communicated through the 25 levels with beautifully rendered graphics. Six tutorial missions are integrated into the scenarios, allowing players to learn, test, and familiarize themselves with each newly introduced character's actions. The game features many different atmospheres: day, night, sunset, storm, half-light, outside, inside, large towns, villages, shadow towns, fortresses, gold mines, cotton fields, swamps, camps, saloons, jails, a steamboat, floods, waterfalls, caverns, fires, traps, rifle fires, escapes, and other swindles. Use classic confrontational methods such as knife throwing, brawling, sound diversions, dynamite and powder barrels, rattlesnakes, chemicals, lures, seduction, blinding, and even a surprisingly mischievous monkey.

As modern people believe, money makes the world go round. This medium of trade has saved us from the inconveniences caused by barter, also known as direct trading of goods and services. People earn money by working on jobs and revenues generated by their businesses. However, before the 20th century, starting businesses with a capital worth thousands or even millions of dollars have been common.

After all, businessmen can't afford to take risks of making cheap beginnings for their businesses like stores, hotels, inns, and even factories. However, businessmen like Steve Jobs, Michael Dell, and Bill Gates have started business that transformed into multi-billion-dollar brands and franchises.

Dell started a computer business using the used personal computers (PCs) he modified, which paved the way to the emergence of high-performance Dell desktop and laptop PCs. Jobs, who is now Apple Inc's chairman and chief executive officer (CEO), started his career as a video game technician at Atari, which was known for creation of early video games and consoles. His experience had helped him learn how a business works and marketing strategies that have put Apple into one of the top technology companies in the world.

Bill Gates has invented various software development tools and programming languages in 1970s during the time when computers were not commercially popular. However, the series of programs he created paved the way towards the creation of Windows, the most commonly used operating system for computers all over the world. The set of computer-based instructions Gates created were not very popular to most people at that time, but they led to the foundation of software company Microsoft. Gates, Jobs, and Dell have proven that you do not have to acquire huge capital to start a successful business. And since you have heard about the success stories of people who have started businesses from scratch, why not learn the secrets towards success?

A cheap start can lead towards a luxurious success. Whenever you start a business, make use of the knowledge you gained through your education, training, or even in your work experience. Next is usually a recommended advice by success coaches: set your mind towards creating products and offering services. In other words, concentrate on your ventures as if you are enjoying them. Remember, most people often accomplish even the most difficult challenges when they are focused. Being focused can turn even a home business into a multi-million dollar corporation or even a multinational company that spreads its franchise worldwide. Another thing, being passionate and positive is essential.

You can't be successful if you can't enjoy what you're doing. While you build your business, why not seek part-time jobs or even work from home? After all, it's important to have extra income in case something bad happens to your business. When you devise the products and/or services you plan to market, don't just rely on marketing strategies selling to customers face-to-face, you can also make money online by adding credit card charge as part of the payment options. After all, most people have been paying through credit cards due to their convenience.

If you follow these steps, you can join the list of success stories that inspire people and proving that you don't have to invest too much just to fulfill you dreams. After all, growth occurs from something small into a fully matured product.

Want to be a Game Tester?

How would you like to secure a job in an industry that continues to thrive even in the midst of a worldwide economic downturn? Do you want a job that will give you the skills you need to always be in demand?

Can you get this job without having any prior industry experience? Yes! Will all of your video game playing skills be assets in this job? Yes!

Want to be a game tester? Consider the two questions above for just a moment. Can you think of any other job in which you could answer yes to both of them? How would you like to get paid to play games? As they say; it's a tough job, but someone has to do it.

Human beings have been playing games since the dawn of time. We will continue to play games always. In our current state of technological evolution, the video game reigns supreme. And these games don't test themselves.

Around the world, video games are constantly being developed. This means that there is a constant need for video game testers. Companies such as Sony, Electronic Arts, Atari, and Nintendo (to name just a few) are always developing the next generation of games that need testing.

Companies fill this testing need with internal and external resources. You can be one of these testers. Most companies will hire gamers that have no testing background to test their games. Getting in the door isn't so hard; the trick is learning the skills that make you an asset to the company so they keep you on.

Most testers are hired on a 3-month or 6-month basis, generally per-project. Under these circumstances, some people are able to work for a year or even two, but they never learn the skills needed to make a career out of game testing. This is a trap that you can avoid.

Once you get your foot in the door as a tester, you need to learn the craft of video game testing. You will immediately have an advantage if you know that there is more to it than just playing the games. Playing the games is essential, but being able to communicate, evaluate, and improve is what will set you apart. Get a job, any game testing job, and then build your skill set. Add arrows to your quiver, so to speak.

Challenging and rewarding, ever-changing and evolving, each game introducing new variables for you to master, the job of a game tester is yours if you want it. A worldwide, multi-billion (and more) dollar industry that has shown no signs of slowing down; if you want a career as a game tester all you have to do is go get it.

Wii, Xbox, Mac, PC, or other - the opportunities are there for the taking! If you want a job that will be in demand for years to come, if you want a career that can allow you to live very comfortably, if you want to get paid to play the games that you enjoy right now for free - then the job of game tester is for you. Get excited and get started - the jobs are waiting.

does anyone remember the coleco vision, it was a game system i had when i was younger and i absolutely?

loved mousehunt, where you had to close the traps and stuff, not to many people had the caleco most had the atari and i dont think im spelling caleco right, i still have mine but of course it dosent work, anyone have one that still works????

Yeah, I loved colecovision because I was a big Donkey Kong player back when arcades were back in vogue, and the nice thing about coleco was that for that era of home gaming systems, the game played almost identically to the arcade version in graphics, sound, speed, everything.

I didn't have one though, I had an intellivision for years, I played coleco over at a friends house. He also had Mouse Hunt, and I did play it. I remember playing it in the arcade more, though. And yeah, that was a very fun game. I thought it was cool how you could jump off the trampolines and stuff.

Mouse Hunt, huh? Seems like all the girls I knew that played games either played Ms. Pac Man, Centipede or of all things, Defender.
