For those looking for a character class that has the ability to most easily kill large sums of mobs at the same time, the Mage is easily the best option. Using Area of Effect Spells, Mages are the best choice for inclusion in almost any party for this very reason. There are numerous methods of leveling up your Mage and best taking advantage of these abilities. Let's take a look at a few.
The best way to start building up your Mage for using Area of Effect spells is to focus on the Arcane Tree, with the ultimate goal being the Arcane Explosion for use against multiple mobs. During the leveling from 10 to 20, work on your Arcane Concentration and Arcane Missiles and when you reach 21 start focusing a little bit on your Fire Tree to pick up a stronger Fireball or Pyroblast. However, once you reach level 30, start focusing back on the Arcane Tree and abilities such as Meditation, Mind, Instability and Power.
As for where you can most easily grind and build up these skill levels, your best choice is the Wetlands in Loch Modan when you are around level 20. The Gnolls here respawn very quickly and generally only have one caster for every camp, making it easy to target multiple mobs and not be targeted back. Always kill the caster first and then pick off the rest with your Arcane Explosion.
After level 21, head to the Redridge Mountains and start targeting the Gnolls there. Most of them are melee mobs, making them easy targets for your Arcane Explosion. After level 28, head to Duskwood and seek out the Vile Fangs there; once again they are mostly melee mobs.
Generally, you can continue this strategy for the rest of your leveling. Look for camps of mostly melee mobs, with one or less caster per group. They should prove easy to pick off and kill with your Area of Effects spells and level up much faster with.
The only thing to remember is that you must always have full health and mana before starting a AOE grinding session. Buff your self with Ice Armor and use the strafing technique to more quickly and easily run away from mobs as it is faster than backing up. The goal is to buy as much time as possible and not get caught surrounded, so always stay on the move and split your spells up if possible to stretch them out.
Another good thing to do when heading out on these grinding sessions is to bring a healer along with you. While you'll be forced to share the experience, you will be able to pull more mobs and kill them more quickly and efficiently without having to stop and heal. The most important buff you can bring with you in your armor and weapons is +Stamina, so ensure that you do so to better affect your spells.

Even NDA (National Democratic Alliance) who were also dreaming power at the centre and most vocal in its criticism against the UPA alliance and the Third front have shed its belligerent mood and have decided to keep a low profile for the time being and at the same time have decided to extend constructive opposition to the government in the coming days.
Regional parties except a few were the worst sufferers in the 15th General Elections. The ruling alliance at the centre, if sincere in catering to the needs of dissatisfaction in certain parts of the country the mushrooming of regional parties can be avoided to a large extent. And that is a good omen. Those who associated with them to garner maximum number of seats, with glowing dreams of a prosperous dawn also fell in the quagmire of petty politics losing much of their fame, rigour, the revolutionary zeal and glory. The leftists swam with these regional players and in the process sunk with them. The one, INC which was ready for the gamble to regain the lost glory of the Party tasted victory albeit with a partial success. The frantic efforts of Lalus’, AmarSinghs’ and Mayawatis’ to rally behind the governing alliance are exercises in futility if they are always kept at a reasonable distance.

How do i max my dps?Noob question but im like Superior with a few epics and i backstab i ambush for 5ks and stuff i eviserate envenom for 5ks also but i always end up with 600dps

I took a look at your armory and with your gear you be pulling at least 1.4,1.5+, you need a higher hit rating though, 83 is pretty low, aim for at least 150 (higher if you can), my rogue's is 185 and Ive been aiming for 200 but its hard to get it up. Also, take a look at your build, thats probably where a lot of the low dps is coming from; you're using a mutilate build but have a lot of pvp stuff in there; for pve (assuming you pve, or you wouldnt be too concered about dps for pvp) you dont need Camo, Master of Deception, Elusiveness, Fleet footed, etc. and on a mutilate build theres no reason you need to have improved sinister strike if you dont ever really use it. Also (for pve) your rotation is a big deal too, I usually do garrote as an opener, then slice and dice>mut>envenom>mutx2>rupture>mutx2>envonom. Basically, try to keep S&D up, with 5/5 in cut to the chase you just need to use 1 combo point to refresh it for 20 sec and try to keep rupture up if you can while just unleashing evisc (or envenom) with 4 or 5 points, you dont really need to worry about backstab or ambush, Ive used those mabey 10 times the past month and only in pvp, garrote (DOT) or cheap shot (2 free combo points) is a much better opener for pve; hope this helps
