If you went to a doctor who thought it could be cancer, he surely would have done more tests and ordered a biopsy (Taking a small piece of the wart to send to the lab)?
If he didn't he couldn't be to worried. Having bumps, lumps and boils on your behind is quite common, so don't worry.
