Griffin Elan Foam Case Causes Damage To My New Iphone 
What To Do?
I purchased a Griffin Elan Foam Case from my local mobile retailer 5 days ago and just today I removed the case from my iphone and have found that the case has scratched and chipped my new iphone on the back and so as the chrome bezel and the plastic cover has left some long scratches on the display panel.
I'm not sure what to do, wether to contact Apple, Griffin or the mobile retail store. The phone is only 3 weeks old. It has upset me a lot because the phone is still new and I'm afraid of them turning me down and not fixing the damage to my phone.

well since it was the case that effed up your phone, i would take it to griffin and talk to them. however apple has a great customer service as they will replace iphones with minor flaws like light leak, dust under screen and dead pixels (provided you have a warranty)
