could you be more specific? do you want to know how much memory the usb key requires or can be? this has to be at least 1gb and can be up to 16gb. the update itself is around 100mb in size. you cant format it if its in ntfs only fat32 not sure about fat but this is the format that it will become. YOU WILL LOSE ALL DATA ALREADY ON THE USB DEVICE IF YOU FORMAT IT. what happens is it creates a hidden folder called Xbox360 with all your data in it. plz give me 10 points if this helped at all
