Application Binary Interface or more popularly ABI is known as an interface that best describes a computer software’s low level interface between a program and the operating system or another application. How an application makes system calls to the operating system, how function arguments are passed, how return values are retrieved - entire domain of calling conventions generally falls under the broad wings of ABI. Application Binary Interface also covers details of data type size as well as alignment. The binary format of object files which are directly executed by a computer’s central processing unit also come under ABI. Intel Binary Compatibility Standard or iBCS is a popular example of ABI that allows a program from one operating system run without modifications on any other such system. In the world of software application development such as .net application development, ABI has got much potential to shower in the days to come.
On many occasions, people tend to get confused between ABI and API. API stands for Application Programming Interface which defines a library of object classes, routines to calls and data structures. Application Binary Interface is one step beyond API which defines API along with machine language for a particular CPU family. ABI also defines machine runtime and format.
Asp.net consulting firms those are into the business of offshore as well as outsourcing software solutions have also got a stint with ABI nowadays. ABI is a standard developed by ARM and it partners. Application software outsourcing services firms which also need to play with EABI (Embedded Application Binary Interface) on many an occasions have also shown powerful development in the process. Embedded Application Binary Interface specifies standard conventions for file formats, data types, function parameter, register usage and stack frame organization. EABI highlights that ABI is embedded in its own interface. The main differences of an EABI from ABI is that here privileged instructions are allowed in application code. Moreover, dynamic linking is not required in this form of interface.

Which Car Stereo head unit integrates best with an Ipod?
I recently purchased a Pioneer head unit (Model# DEH-P4800MP) along with the Pioneer Ipod interface adapter (Model# CD-IB100ll) so I could have full control over my ipod through my car stereo. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed and felt like it doesn't do as well as it could. For one, It doesn't scroll any of the ipod text and you have to play with the controls just to get no more than 8 letters of text to show for about 20 seconds and then it just displays "Ipod". The controls are not very user friendly at all so I'm seriously thinking about selling it now and upgrading to the DEH-P6800MP model only so I don't have to turn around and buy a new Ipod adapter too as I would if I went with a whole different brand name. Anyway, I'm looking for advice from others who currently own a pioneer head unit & Ipod adapter to see what they think about the integration and to help me to decide rather I should go with another brand or stick with Pioneer and / or what model or Brand name?
so far alpine has the fastest and easiest controls for ipod. alpine has true high speed connection for ipod using a KCE-422i ipod cable. if you have the room (and budget) for a double din deck try the w200 . this alpine double din has a large touch screen and displays files, artists and other info with much more detail than a single din.
T1/E1 Testers offer wireless analysis, emulation tools.
T1/E1 Analyzers, CARD- or USB-based, can be equipped with software that provides tools used for emulation and analysis of traffic at A-bis interface (BTS to BSC links) and A-ter interface (BSC to MSC links) in wireless network infrastructure. In addition to scripted (automated) TRAU engine and Tx/Rx test, software tools include real-time TRAU (Transcoder/Rate Adapter Unit) protocol analyzer ...
