The Problem
Many speakers and writers of English use the expression "between you and I." People use this expression because it makes them sound more educated -- or so they think. In their effort to appear sophisticated, people blithely say, "Just between you and I, company xyz will go public next week." As difficult as it may be to believe, this expression is wrong.
We have had it pounded into us over and over that we say and write "you and I" that we use "you and I" for everything. We have to think about what we say and write or we will appear illiterate and uneducated.
Between is a Preposition
The word between is a preposition. Prepositions are words that show relationships between nouns or pronouns. Examples of prepositions include: about, above, below, beneath, in, over, and, of course, between. The noun or pronoun after a preposition is called the object of the preposition. The problem does not manifest itself when we use actual nouns. For example, no one would have any trouble with "between a rock (noun) and a hard place (noun" or "between Mary (noun) and Jill (noun)." In English, nouns in the objective case (used as objects) are not different from their subject form. But such is not the case with pronouns.
Use Objective Case Pronouns After a Preposition
After a preposition, like between, speakers and writers must use objective, not subjective, case pronouns. The following is a short list of pronouns in the subjective case and the objective case:
Subjective Case: I, We, He, She, They
Objective Case: Me, Us, Him, Her, Them
The expression "It is all about me" would not make sense if it were written "It is all about I." Similarly, the sentence, "There is no one behind we" is non-standard and would not be accepted by any native speaker of English. Some people get confused when there are two pronouns as the object of a preposition.
Check for Correctness After Prepositions
A safe way of making sure that you are using the correct pronoun case after a proposition is to convert the two singular pronouns into one plural pronoun. What this means is that if you are not sure of whether to use "between you and I" (which is always wrong) or "between you and me" (which is the correct form), change "you and me," which are both singular pronouns, to "we" or "us," which are their plural equivalents.
Would you ever say, "There is nothing between we"? I did not think so. This sentence sounds totally wrong to a native speaker of English.
Would you say, "There is nothing between us"? Of course you would. This sounds natural and proper.
The pronoun us is in the objective case. So if we separate the "us" into its component parts ("you and me" or "you and me") we know that we must use the objective case form of the singular pronouns. Therefore, we pick "between you and me."
If nothing else, just remember: "Between you and I" is always wrong. Use "Between you and me."

What Does Bodie Miller Have to Do With your Success?
Bodie Miller is at the top of his game. The guy is an AWESOME skier, his face has been plastered on major magazine covers, a Nike commercial features him skiing, and he is on the USA Olympic team. To those of us on the outside, Bodie Miller is at the top
of his game – right?
But something happened to Bodie along the way. And he let it slip in an interview.
Sometimes when you love what you do so much and are really good at it, you will be fortunate enough to build a business around it and rake in the dough. It’s like the world is your oyster and you are untouchable. Everything you touch turns to gold.
And then IT happens.
That sinking feeling. It’s the feeling that even though everything is going right something is VERY, VERY wrong. And slowly, the realization creeps into your awareness. Managing the business is getting in the way of doing what you love. You rant and rave to your friends (or your coach) that even though you LOVE coaching, consulting, teaching, (or whatever it is) that you are just fed up and exhausted with everything it takes to make it happen.
Bodie Miller is realizing that at the top of his game, he has to put up with the cameras, the advertising ‘suits’, the pressure of doing everything ‘right.’ The business of skiing got in the way of Bodie’s joy.
Now IT has cost him the gold medal because...
Bodie lost his inner game.
In an interview shown at the Olympics, Bodie stated that he wasn’t sure he should really be at the Olympics. The minute doubt creeps in, and it is left unchecked, your inner gremlins are unleashed to sabotage your success. Ultimately Bodie made a series of decisions (changing his skis at the last minute, doing overly risky tricks, and not checking the slope before his final race) that contributed to missing the Gold medal.
What beliefs do you have that could be undermining your success?
Here are some of the beliefs I often hear;
- I'm afraid of what could happen if I get successful
- What if I can't handle it
- Do I really deserve it
- What if it gets taken away
- I might have to work really hard to sustain it
- I could lose my freedom
- What if I'm not good at it

Affirmations work a little bit.

Can my cat see/sense ghosts?
Gremlin used to yowl loudly only occasionally at night. Now that he's gone (and my grandmother as well), one of my other cats Comet picked up the yowling. Now he yowls pretty much every night, especially after Grammy's death.
Something kind of off topic, but in the Twilight Princess video game, the guy you control can transform into a wolf. As a wolf, he can see spirits/ghosts. So is it just cats, or all animals that can see ghosts?
Yesssss.
Cats, deriving from ancient egypt, are our guardians. They chose a specific person, or group of people, and will protect you from any harm. If the spirit in your house was a threat, then she would probably be hissing and carrying on, but since she's only yowling, she just sees a spirit and is reacting to it.
Demons/spirits are scared of cats.
so you're good 
they're protectors of the underworld.
