This Xerox printer with Xerox ink cartridges works just as how you would expect a laser printer to. The documents it comes up look crisp, sharp and neat. What you may not like about this printer, however, is the fact that it starts up slowly. It needs a bit of time to warm up so it can work without hiccups. Price: US$303.00 2. Xerox Phaser 6280N. Tech critics loved the Xerox Phaser 6180N, so they were rather curious as to how the upgrade, Xerox Phaser 6280N, works compared to its predecessor. Needless to say, the Xerox Phaser 6280N is indeed an improvement over its cousin, and it works just the way color lasers are supposed to work. You would not have any complaints over the way this Xerox printer will print out your text documents. Printouts will be smooth and slick. Your color prints, on the other hand, will have a bit too much of magenta on them. Price: US$549.00 3. Xerox WorkCentre 3210N. Not much has been said about the Xerox WorkCentre 3210N or about its sibling the Xerox WorkCentre 3220DN. The Xerox Corporation announced its release only this June so this Xerox printer is still quite hot. Nonetheless, it is going to prove to be a nice addition to a home office or a small workgroup. It is a multifunction printer using compatible ink cartridges that can give you fax, scan and copying capabilities, and it has a varied array of connectivity options to help you with your work. Most of all, this Xerox printer is quite cheap for a multifunction printer. Price: US$449.00

Xerox WorkCentre Email Issue?
I am having an issue emailing documents to external sources via my Xerox WorkCentre 7346. I can send emails from this machine to anyone on my domain...but once I try an external email address, the job fails with the following error:
"Completed with an Error (016-767) : Invalid E-mail Address"
This machine is using a POP connection through an outsourced exchange server - running Exchange 2007.
I have verified that this is an issue with all external email addresses that I have tried (and I can confirm that the email addresses are valid). Any thoughts?
Your security settings in Exchange do not allow users to send to any address outside of your domain. You kinda answered your own question.
Are you a user or with IT? Most companies will not allow users to send scanned images outside of their domain for security reasons. If you absolutely need to do something like this, first talk with your supervisor about the security issue, then you could scan the document to your computer (if it's set up) and email as an attachment.
