Empowers You to Save Hundreds on Electric Bills Electricity bills are rising. Now you can cut down on costs and find out what appliances are actually worth keeping plugged in. Simply connect these appliances to the Kill A Watt, and it will assess how efficient they really are. The large LCD display counts consumption by the kilowatt-hour, the same as your local utility. You can calculate your electrical expenses by the day, week, month, even an entire year. Also check the quality of your power by monitoring voltage, line frequency, and power factor. Now you will know if it is time for a new refrigerator or if that old air conditioner is still saving you money. Kill A Watt can help you reduce your power bill and will help find power-wasting appliances so you are able to decide whether it is worth keeping them plugged in. For standard 115 VAC appliances only, 15 amps maximum, 125 VAC maximum. Find Out How Much Electricity You're Using Large LCD display counts consumption by the kilowatt-hour The U.S Department of Energy reports that 20% of our electric bills come from items that are left plugged in when they are not in use, or items that are in standby mode. With the Kill A Watt P4400 we can monitor the energy eaters in our homes and cut down our electric bills at the same time. Plug whatever item you want into the device and it will tell you the efficiency of that item by displaying the kilowatt per hour. This device will help you determine which items are costing you the most to run. The Kill A Watt also calculates voltage, line frequency, current, and power factor. You can calculate your electric bill before you even receive it from the electric company. Test The Quality of Your Home's Power But measuring appliance consumption is just the tip of the iceberg. Because it can monitor voltage (Volt) and line frequency it can also test if an outlet is working, or evaluate the quality of the electrical power provided by your utility company. It can detect voltage drops around the house, help to predict brownout conditions or to make sure a new home's outlets are in working condition before escrow closes. The LCD shows all meter readings: volts, current, watts, frequency, power factor, and VA About P3 International Founded in 1987, P3 International is a privately owned manufacturer of solution oriented consumer products. Making Money Online Isn't Just For Computer Geeks, Anyone Can Do it With a Little Knowledge and Work
It is a great feeling to be the owner of an online business.
Startup costs are much lower than those involved in a physical business. Starting up a business used to be a high risk activity before the internet. It was easy to lose thousands by investing in something that no one else was interested in. The statistics are famous: about ninety five percent of all new businesses fail. Obviously, not a good number.
Now, an internet business isn't guaranteed to succeed, but the risks are definitely lower. For example, you could probably start up twenty online businesses with the same amount you would have to invest in a physical business. That is a surprising fact. On the internet, unlike the real world, you have more leeway. If you fail, just brush yourself off and try again.
Another good reason to start working online is that many more people are shopping online as well. People just seem to prefer shopping online instead of traveling around, trying to find a store that carries what they are looking for. I know I'm like that, anyway.
Online transactions are on the rise, and it will keep going up. In fact, online transactions are much safer for your money than handing your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant. Even if he looks trustworthy, watch out. Of course, the increased popularity of online transactions is beneficial if you want to start working online.
In 2005, the amount of money spent on internet advertising was higher than the amount spent on traditional media advertising, so you can image the ratio today. This is very good for online businesses. More companies spent more on online advertising than they did with any other kind of advertising. Now more than ever, companies are seeing what the internet has to offer and spending accordingly.
Another great benefit to online business is that selling electronic products such as ebooks and software can provide extra, instantaneous income. Set up the business once, but get paid continuously! Do you think that beats working nine to five for fifty years? Between you and me? It sure does.
Of course, you will need to maintain your business, but the costs involved pale in comparison to a real world office. The low cost allows you to maintain a wealth of businesses at the same time, daily. Take it from me, it's easy.
Another thing to keep in mind is that investment companies are turning to online businesses to invest in. It's easy to see why. If you are making a good profit, you have a great business on your hands. Profitable online companies are being bought for huge sums by these investment firms.
This trend is also on the rise. One website recently sold for over forty thousand dollars. It was only online for about six months, but the owner knew what he was doing and created a profitable business. Seems impossible! But to an investment firm, you may be worth that much too. Many online businesses can create up to one thousand percent profit, and you can do that too, easily.
That's like a big neon sign for investment companies. They don't have to look for uncertain real world businesses when they can find online properties with guaranteed profit. In the coming years, many more valuable online businesses will be bought and sold on the web. Now is the best time to start your business.
In 2005, one man sold four of his online businesses and made five million dollars. He started them up only one year prior. He showed a consistent profit in that short time and created something very valuable. Five million dollars may sound astronomical, but you have the potential to make many times that. And these websites were simple, one or two pages.
You could create a profitable business for just about one hundred dollars. Advertising will also cost you, but if you play your cards right, you could be seeing a profit within a month. If you can keep it up for a few more months, you could sell your website for a huge profit. And the best part: once you've done that, you can go right ahead and do it again. Even in the same area if you so choose!
I'm sure by now you have every intention of setting up an online business. But how do you do that? That's where the fun starts! With so much information out there, I'm sure you can find what you need. We've all used Google before.
But watch out, most of this information is vague and unhelpful. There are only a few real strategies to get started and make a profit. To find out, see the box at the bottom of this page. Now, get out there and make some money!
