Premature ejaculation is persistent & recurrent ejaculation before either partner wishes.
Cure & treatment for PE has some associated myths & facts associated with it.
I collected these while answering in wiki answers & Yahoo answers.
1) Myth: "Can pills cure/treat premature ejaculation?" - Questions in wiki, Yahoo
Fact: If by treatment or cure one means that after taking pills one doesn't need to take them again then unfortunately it's not so. Studies have found that effects of pills do not last long.
Pills delay orgasm by few minutes & needs to be taken 2-6 hours before actual sex. Therefore, if somehow one forgets to take pill he is vulnerable to premature ejaculation again.
If some day companies will be able to make such pills which children would take & then they don't need to learn bicycle & practice balancing it then surely they would have find a permanent cure of premature ejaculation in the form of pills. However, it is not so. To delay premature ejaculation permanently one has to learn & practice some techniques. Not a single pill is FDA approved (rightly so).
2) Myth "go & see your doctor, don't feel ashamed"- many answers on wiki, Yahoo answers.
Fact - "call for an appointment with your health care provider if premature ejaculation is causing a problem & doesn't respond to techniques ..."- Medline (that is official & final word).
So first, one does not need to waste any time & money with doctor. Here techniques are those, which some websites give like "stop & start".
So one does not need to go to doctor but learn techniques first. Of course, as Medline says if PE does not respond to them then one should go to doctor.
3) Myth:" First doctor then sex-therapist"- read in a medicinal article.
Fact: premature ejaculation in most men is due to psychological causes, which only a sex therapist can deal. Of course, when cause is biological, then a doctor can help. First, one has to try psychological techniques, or sex thrapist.
Even guidelines for doctors say that patient should be enquired about his psychological behaviour & if doctor himself couldn't do it then he can take help of a sex therapist or psychologist.
4) Myth:" Nobody knows actual causes of premature ejaculation" -same as #3, wiki.
Fact: At least causes of PE are, known to sex therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, & it is out in open for everybody to read. Of course as new studies happen something more is found on PE.
5) Myth: "Distraction is best technique for controlling premature ejaculation. Think something absolutely boring"- about.com
Fact: this could be worst technique. For this to work you should have ability to distinguish between thoughts & body reaction & one should have control over mind to some extent.
Think you are in the worst possible situation for example your boss is angry at you, can you act like a seer, unmovable, absolutely forgiving. If you can then it is for you. Otherwise, distraction will only lead to less interest in sex.
6) Myth: "Premature ejaculation is in personality"- Yahoo answers.
Fact: No,Control over body responses needs practice; delaying ejaculation too needs practice. Practice makes a man perfect. One just needs to learn techniques, the same way one learnt riding bicycle.
7) Myth: " masturbation leads to premature ejaculation."- Yahoo answers.
Fact: no, in fact many sex therapists recommend that if one is single then one can do various techniques alone to control ejaculation. And of many causes of premature ejaculation lack of sexual experience is also one of the cause.
Well Thank god at least I didn't find anywhere that PE is incurable. So it's not myth & everybody know this fact.

How To Sell / Buy UK Scotland Glasgow Property With An Estate Agent & Mortgage In The Credit Crunch
What will property buying and selling be like in Glasgow and Central Scotland after the credit crunch is over ?
Lessons are being learned. In particular, the banks and other financial institutions in the UK are going to find themselves operating their business plans with a keener eye on one number in particular. The banks are also going to be keeping an eye on that self same number as it relates to their clients, both business customers and individuals. What number is that ?
Leverage, or gearing.
Leverage is the ratio between the amount of debt with which a business operates and the amount of equity with which it operates. For example, if a business was running business operations partly with borrowed money say in the form of a bank loan to the tune of £300,000 and partly with share capital to the tune of £100,000, it would be operating business activities at the gearing ratio of 4. (The total amount of operating capital is four times the amount of equity deployed in the business)
The analogy with the bicycle is a good one. A bicycle is a system and so is a business enterprise a system and so is the buying of a house with a mortgage a system. If for example, the cog at the pedals has a circumference four times that of the small cog at the rear wheel, then for every complete turn of the pedals there will be four turns of the rear wheel ! That is what makes cycling such a thrill – you get to leverage, or gear, your body energy.
When a bicycle starts off from rest on a level road the cyclist will initially have the bike in low gear and then go up the gears as speed is gathered – and the building of a business is just like that. The ratio of debt to equity initially starts off low and then builds.
But just as with in cycling the cyclist will eventually encounter a change in circumstances, for example a steep hill or a depletion in body energy, so too the business system or property purchase will sometimes encounter external or internal circumstances or eventualities that make the going that bit harder. If the cyclist in seeing the hill approaching progressively changes down with the gears a stalling will be prevented and forward motion albeit more slowly can be maintained. But in the business system or in the property purchase with a mortgage system the act of changing down gears to enable the business owner to keep going forward is the reducing of the debt to equity ratio and it is called deleveraging.
At the individual level, this means that banks are not going to be approving mortgages at the same loan-to-value ratio as in pre credit crunch times because they perceive that the incline of the road could be changing unfavorably. In plain language they are afraid of falling house prices having the effect if INCREASING the loan to value ratio for the mortgage case and so exposing themselves to greater risk. The deleveraging of property purchases will become the norm and so house buyers will have to put up a higher deposit in funding their property than formerly.
This will no doubt have the greatest impact on the first time buyer market. And from the sellers perspective there will be fewer buyers out there with the ability to buy.
It would be a very gloomy prospect indeed for property buyers and sellers in Glasgow and Central Scotland if it were not for the fact there is one particular estate agent in that part of the UK with an ability to come up with clever ways of getting a deal to go through even though there is credit crunch lending criteria being applied. There name ? Property Glasgow

What is wrong with my baby? Wont stop fussing?
My son is about 5 weeks old and for the past few days he has been really fussy! He eats and then he burps but then he is crying constantly! Sometimes he seems really fidgety when he is eating. I breastfeed and it gets a little uncomfortable when he pulls because he is fidgeting so darn much. He seems really relieved when he passes gas but is still crying. I tried the mylicon drops they dont work for him. I tried to do the bicycle thing with his legs but he locks his knees up and its a struggle to get him to let me do it. What can I do? I would call the ped but we recently changed our insurance and are waiting for them to approve our ped and they charge for phone consults so we just need to wait a couple more days before we can call.
Sounds like colic. I had it with my first son. I was so tense and I think that made him even more fussy. When he is fussy try your best to be calm and soothing. Since he is pulling a lot when you are feeding he may be getting more air causing more gas. Do you have a bouncer? After feeding try soothing him in the bouncer so he is inclined and not completely laying flat. You may need to burp him multiple times during feedings. Put on some calming music in a dimly lit room. Hope it gets better.
